Administration Officer– Pittsworth
The Opportunity:
Hooper Accountants currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our growing Pittsworth Team.
At Hooper Accountants, you'll work alongside a passionate and experienced team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to a diverse range of clients.

This role will include but is not limited to;
Creating a positive relationships with clientsProviding exceptional service to clientsLiaising with directors, staff, clients and external parties to assist with general queriesGeneral Reception DutiesPreparation of client documentsManagement and scheduling of client appointmentsWord processing and email correspondenceData Entry, lodgment management and liaising with the ATOGeneral administrative duties including work in, client correspondence, filing and document management
Experience:
Experience in an administration role is favourable but not required
