Positions available: Sushi Maker, Kitchen Hand, and All-rounder.Key responsibilitiesPrepare fresh sushi, sashimi and Japanese food items following store recipes and standardsMaintain clean and tidy work stationComply with food safety and hygiene requirementsAssist with customer service during peak trading hoursGeneral kitchen duties including dish washing, basic food preparation, cleaning kitchen and service areasStock rotation, waste disposal and maintain high hygiene standardsSupport sushi makers and front-of-house team during busy shiftsAbout youMust be available to work weekends and public holidays (roster includes Saturday / Sunday)Able to work in a quick-paced busy environmentGood personal hygieneValid Australian work rights (Visa / PR / Australian Citizenship)Reliable, punctual and a good team playerPrevious sushi-making experience is required (Sushi Maker role)Prior hospitality experience is not required, a willingness to learn is essential (Kitchen Hand role)Pay rate in accordance with the Fair Work award
