Reporting to the General Manager (GM) this role will work by building on the organisation's reputation and profile through providing consistent property and tenancy management over VHA's properties.Key responsibilitiesEnd-to-end property managementAll administrative tasks associated with intake,



assessment and placementManagement of clients within VHA's properties including CRM databaseBuild and maintain solid partnerships with various external partners such as contractors and ex-service organisationsProvide effective liaison between the GM and tenantsAbout youDisplay passion for and commitment to the mission of VHAOrganised and methodical thinker with a high attention to detailEnthusiastic self-driven personHighly effective communication skills and computer literacyRequired Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceAn understanding of property management including knowledge on the Residential Tenancies Act and Community Housing StandardsAn understanding of the impact of military service on individuals and families and knowledge of and empathy for the issues faced by ex-service personnel and their dependentsDemonstrated commitment to working with people who have complex needs and experience social isolation, homelessness and mental health issuesWe welcome an immediate start, and a negotiated salary based on skills, experience and attitude.
