We're expanding and looking for passionate, skilled individuals to be a part of our journey as we continue to grow and innovate.About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Perimeter Director.This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, coordinating competing priorities and ensuring important meetings, reports, travel and business activities run smoothly.
You will be trusted with confidential information and will need to demonstrate solid judgement, attention to detail and professionalism.Location & Work Arrangement:Based in Laverton NorthThe office will be relocating to Spotswood in ****Full time requirement to be on siteYour Role & Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the Perimeter Director and Senior Leadership TeamCoordinate appointments, correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholdersOrganise senior management meetings, prepare minutes and maintain action registersCompile monthly and board reports,
presentations and strategy documentsCoordinate conferences, meetings and business presentationsArrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and related requirementsLiaise professionally with client executives, travel providers and other external suppliersAssist with additional administrative and business priorities as directed by the Perimeter DirectorWhat you will need:Advanced skills across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn specialist softwarePrevious experience providing high-level administrative or executive supportStrong organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to manage changing priorities, fluctuating workloads and tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence communicating with senior leaders and external stakeholdersA high level of confidentiality, discretion and sound judgementStrong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approachWhat's In It for You:Gain exposure to a broad range of senior-level business activitiesTake ownership of varied work across meetings, reports, presentations, events and travelBuild relationships with stakeholders across the national businessJoin a role where your organisation, initiative and attention to detail will have a visible impactBe part of an established business operating within the energy and infrastructure sector
