profiling and analysis to identify trends and emerging issuesDevelop and improve performance measures, reporting tools and governance processesIdentify and address data quality, consistency and usability issuesUse data and insights to identify opportunities for process and service improvementProvide analytical advice and evidence-based recommendations to managementWork closely with internal and external stakeholders across a complex environmentAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Strong experience in data analysis, performance reporting or insightsDemonstrated experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into meaningful insightsExperience developing performance measures, KPIs and reporting frameworksStrong data mining, profiling and data quality experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate analysis into practical recommendationsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experienceExperience within government, human services, housing or another complex service delivery environment will be highly regarded.If you are an experienced Data, Performance or Insights Analyst looking for your next contract chance.
