Job DescriptionGrow your AI and automation expertise while creating practical solutions that increase analytical capacity and improve decision making across commercial pricing.About The RoleThis role leads the technical delivery of AI and automation initiatives across Commercial Pricing Platforms.
You will develop solutions that reduce manual effort throughout the pricing lifecycle and create more capacity for valuable analysis.
Working with pricing analysts, advisors, portfolio teams and broader stakeholders, you will turn complex processes into scalable workflows.
You will also embed strong governance, support adoption and help teams build confidence in AI enabled ways of working.What You'll DoDesign, build and maintain AI enabled tools and automation solutions across the pricing lifecycleTranslate manual pricing processes into scalable workflows that improve efficiency and analytical capacityApply testing, reconciliation, governance and quality controls to automated outputsDocument solutions clearly so outputs remain transparent, explainable and auditableDeliver training, knowledge sharing and technical support for new and existing toolsMeasure time savings and business impact to support roadmap prioritiesWhat You'll BringA relevant degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, actuarial studies or a related fieldAt least 4 years of relevant experience in general insurance pricing, data science or automation deliveryExperience building automation solutions, scripts or AI enabled tools using Python, VBA or similar technologiesKnowledge of general insurance pricing concepts, including GLMs, GBMs and machine learning techniquesPractical experience with SAS, Excel or R,
