You'll be empowered to drive sales results while building meaningful relationships and playing a key role in creating a thriving, connected community from the ground up.
Working Tuesday-Saturday, you'll collaborate closely with internal marketing, development and operations teams,
acting as the face of the project for prospective homeowners.What You'll Be DoingLead end-to-end sales activity for a brand-new resort communityBuild and convert a strong pipeline through referrals, local networking, and enquiry managementDeliver compelling presentations and tours that bring the lifestyle offering to lifeGuide buyers confidently through the entire sales journey, from first enquiry to settlementNegotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrityManage leads and activity through CRM, with strong attention to detailPartner with marketing to shape campaign messaging and launch strategyMonitor market trends and competitor activity to stay aheadWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in residential property or lifestyle/community sales (2+ years)A self-starter who thrives in greenfield / project-based environmentsA strong closer with the ability to build trust and influence decisionsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercial mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targetsHighly organised with strong CRM disciplineQLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)Why Join Serenitas?
