This is a full time position for a Precast
Patcher/Caulker/Install
Labourer. Most works are located at various sites across Metro Melbourne, with our yard based in Coburg North.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Mixing and pumping flowable grout to fill precast panel grout tubes, including the use of mixers and grout pumps and various panel grout, GP and high-strength grout products
n
Mixing and placement of grout to the required consistency for precast panel grout beds, including trowelling and finishing to achieve a clean finish
n
Patching of precast panels using lightweight patch and fairing coat
n
Caulking of precast panels using polyurethane and fire rated caulk
n
General site duties associated with precast installation and set out
n
Picking up materials from our warehouse in Coburg North and ongoing management of tools and materials
n
Travel from site to site
n
Punctual arrival to site
n
About you
n
Driver's License and own reliable vehicle
n
White Card
n
EWP ticket
n
Minimum 2 Years experience with grouting, patching and caulking precast is essential
n
Able to follow instructions and work autonomously
n
Hard working with good work ethic
n
Durable and unwavering work output
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Meet deadlines and fulfil job specific requirements
n
Competency with tools
n
Adherence to OH&S; and SWMS
