Job Description
Open Pantry Co. in Torquay, VIC is recruiting a Venue Manager for a coastal brewery venue. You will lead a seven-day operation with 140 seats, owning the numbers and guest experience with support from a national group.

You'll drive day-to-day operations, oversee rostering, financial reporting, and local events while shaping a standout guest experience within brand standards. Full time role with autonomy and growth opportunities in a well‐established venue.
