Job Description
We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our client at Kilsyth.
n
Our client has over 60 years' experience in garage door innovation, and offer a comprehensive range of automatic garage doors, roller doors, garage door openers
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Assembly of garage door components
n
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
n
Operating production machinery and equipment
n
Removing finished products from the production line
n
Wrapping, strapping, and packing products for dispatch
n
Assisting with general warehouse and production duties
n
Cleaning work areas and maintaining a safe workplace
n
Performing manual handling and physically demanding tasks
n
Supporting the team with various production processes as required
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous factory, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience highly regarded
n
Experience using hand and power tools
n
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n




Ability to follow instructions and work within a team setting
n
Reliable with a positive work ethic and strong safety awareness
n
n
Equipment Used
n
Experience with the following is desirable, though training will be provided:

Pallet Jack
n
Overhead Crane (no license required, training and VOC provided)
n
Air-Powered Rivet Gun
n
Small Mechanical Hoists
n
Strapping Machine
n
Stretch Wrapper
n
n
