About Us

Dee Wardrop Speech Pathology (DWSP) is a well-established and highly regarded private therapy practice supporting children, adults and families since ****. We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive full-time Receptionist to join our welcoming administration team. The role is based across our Northcote and Coburg clinics.
n
This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and being the first point of contact for clients and families.

About the Role
n
As a key member of our front-of-house team, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Welcoming clients and families with warmth and professionalism
n
Answering phones and responding to enquiries
n
Scheduling and managing appointments for clinicians
n
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
n
Liaising with clinicians and supporting daily clinic operations
n
General administrative duties to ensure smooth practice flow
n
Full time position, including fortnightly evening or Saturday on a rotating roster
n
n
This role is based across our Northcote and Coburg locations, so flexibility to work at both sites is essential.
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Is highly organised with solid attention to detail
n
Can multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
n
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
n
Demonstrates a positive, friendly and professional attitude
n
Is tech savvy and comfortable using different email and customer management software systems
n
Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience (healthcare experience highly regarded but not essential)
