Ford, with Mazda as a secondary brand, is looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician to join our team.
n

About the Role
n
Working across Ford and Mazda, you'll play an significant role in ensuring vehicles are professionally prepared, accessorised and presented to the highest standard before they reach our customers.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Installing genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories
n
Fitting tow bars, roof racks, steps, protection products and other accessories
n
Installing electrical accessories including dash cameras and reversing cameras
n
Completing pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation
n
Carrying out vehicle checks to ensure accessories and features operate correctly
n
Identifying and rectifying minor issues prior to customer delivery
n
Following manufacturer specifications and fitting instructions
n
Working closely with Sales, Service and Workshop teams to meet delivery deadlines
n
Maintaining accurate job cards and vehicle documentation
n
Keeping the workshop and work areas clean, safe and organised
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented and passionate about vehicles, with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience in accessory fitting, pre-delivery or automotive preparation
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills
n
Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
n




Excellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow technical instructions and manufacturer specifications
n
Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
Current Australian Driver Licence
n
Automotive dealership, accessory fitting or pre-delivery experience will be highly regarded.
