About the Role
n
This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager role supporting a complex technology implementation already underway.
n
Working closely with senior project leadership, client stakeholders, technology partners and delivery teams, you will drive day-to-day delivery,



strengthen project governance and maintain momentum through key implementation and go-live milestones.
n
This role would suit a senior PM who can step into an established delivery environment, quickly understand the landscape, and bring structure, accountability and visibility across a broad stakeholder group.
n
This is not a purely administrative PMO position. You will actively lead delivery, manage stakeholders, identify issues early and drive them through to resolution.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead day to day project delivery across multiple teams, stakeholders and delivery partners
n
Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders and external technology vendors
n
Maintain alignment across scope, schedule, deliverables, milestones and dependencies
n
Drive accountability for actions, commitments and key delivery outcomes
n
Identify, manage and elevate project risks, issues and potential delivery impacts
n
Lead project meetings and establish an effective delivery cadence
n
Prepare clear project updates, status reports and executive-level reporting
n
Support governance forums and senior stakeholder meetings
n
Maintain RAID, action, decision,



dependency and deliverables registers
n
Track critical-path activities and ensure delivery milestones remain on track
n
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, decision-making and issue resolutionSupport planning and coordination for testing, UAT, operational readiness and go-live
n
Work closely with senior project leadership to maintain delivery confidence and programme momentum
n

Skills & Experience
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
10+ years' project management experience, ideally within complex technology, ICT or systems integration environments
n
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale technology implementations from planning through to go-live
n
Robust stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across senior executives, client teams, technical specialists and delivery partners
n
Experience managing multiple vendors, external partners and internal delivery teams
n
A practical understanding of project governance, delivery controls, schedules, dependencies and reporting
n
Proven experience managing RAID registers, actions, decisions and delivery risks
n
Solid written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise executive reporting
n
The ability to bring structure to an active delivery environment, identify issues early and keep momentum moving
n
A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to influence outcomes without direct authority
