ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to lead our Black Pepper store in Batemans Bay.
n
This is a fantastic part-time chance offering 32 hours per week across a 4-day week, with no weekend work - giving you the opportunity to enjoy a rewarding leadership role while maintaining a great work-life balance.
n
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll lead and inspire a passionate team, manage inventory, maintain our visual merchandising standards and create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
n
Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
n
Drive sales and support the team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
n
Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organisation and presentation.
n
Manage monthly rosters, ensuring they are effectively planned and costed within budgeted hours.
n




Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the Black Pepper brand.
n
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging team culture.
n
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a memorable in-store experience.

ABOUT YOU
n
You're a passionate retail leader who loves fashion, people and creating an exceptional customer experience.
n
You'll bring:

Previous retail leadership or Store Management experience.
n
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisation and time-management skills.

A commercial mindset and a focus on achieving sales results.
n
A keen eye for detail in visual merchandising, styling and store presentation.

A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
