Job Description
Gold Fields is offering a 12-month Trainee Process Operator program designed to train you to operate a processing plant safely and effectively. You'll learn alongside experienced operators, gaining hands-on exposure to crushers, mills, leach tanks and elution circuits, with a pathway to a permanent Gold Fields role.

The role is 12 months fixed-term, with an 8 days on / 6 days off, 7 nights on / 7 days off roster.
