Acting in a landlord capacity, this role leads leasing strategy, negotiations and portfolio performance, ensuring sub-tenancies and leased assets contribute positively to site economics and network performance.We currently have 2 open roles within the team - could be based out of NSW, VIC or SA.You Will Provide:Negotiation of leases, renewals, rent reviews, variations and settlementsProactive vacancy management, marketing and tenant sourcing strategiesFinancial oversight including rent collection, arrears management and recoveriesPortfolio reporting, forecasting and identification of value uplift opportunitiesManagement of national lease events including options, expiries and landlord negotiationsCoordination with Legal, Facilities and Finance to ensure compliance and performanceOversight of WHS,
