This is a pivotal role within our business, coordinating the journey from check measure to installation while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.If you're someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping multiple moving parts on track, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs our Installations Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our customers, supervisors, installers, and office team.Scheduling and coordinating installation appointmentsBooking and managing check measuresLiaising with building supervisors and installersCommunicating with customers and keeping them updatedManaging and updating job information within SM8Monitoring installation schedules and resolving scheduling challengesMaintaining accurate records and documentationProviding administrative and operational support across the businessAssisting wherever needed as part of our close-knit teamTo succeed in this role, you'll be someone who enjoys a challenge, can think on your feet, and remains calm when priorities change.You'll have:Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordinationExceptional organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsA practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solvingThe ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyConfidence working independently and as part of a small teamSound computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience using SM8 (highly regarded)Benefits and perksBe part of a respected, family-owned local businessWork within a supportive and friendly teamEnjoy a wide-ranging role where no two days are the sameHave your ideas valued and your initiative recognisedMake a genuine impact on the customer experienceTake ownership of a role that is central to our successIs this you?
