Bassike is seeking a Customer Care & eCommerce Assistant to manage customer enquiries, support online operations, and assist with fulfilment and logistics coordination.
You will work with ecommerce, marketing, warehouse, buying, planning, and production teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Experience with Shopify and AP21 is preferred.
The role reports to the E-Commerce Manager and involves monitoring customer feedback and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
