Karl Storz is seeking a Sales Manager for the Upper Body portfolio across VIC/WA/SA/NT/TAS. You will direct regional sales activities, coach Territory Managers, and support staff in territory planning, strategic selling, and key account management.
You will assist with quotes, tender negotiations, and customer presentations; conduct appraisals and lead staff development with Product Managers. Expect marketing events and some weekend work as needed.
