About the role
n
We are currently looking for multiple Trainee Warehouse Operators to join our team at Helidon . This is a great opportunity to join a growing team as we move to a 7 days on / 7 days off roster (12-hour shifts, residential role). Open to candidates from Helidon, Toowoomba, Gatton, Ipswich, and nearby areas willing to travel.

Reporting to the Site Team Leader – Warehouse and Distribution, you'll support the safe and effective movement, storage, and handling of materials across the warehouse and magazines.
n

What you will be doing
n

Load, unload, store, and move materials within warehouse and magazine areas;
n
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch and production;
n
Record materials, stock movements, and storage locations;
n
Assist with stock checks and inventory activities;
n
Work with different teams across site to keep operations running smoothly;
n
Support day‐to‐day warehouse and distribution tasks;
n
Follow safety guidelines when handling materials;
n
Support a safe and respectful workplace for everyone.
