Operating across three manufacturing facilities nationally, the business designs and manufactures LV and HV power distribution solutions, supporting major projects across data centres, utilities, infrastructure, government, heavy industry and construction.

With continued growth and investment in its Australian manufacturing operations, an opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the national business.
The RoleReporting to the National Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's Quality Management System, working closely with engineering, manufacturing and project teams to drive consistent quality outcomes across operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and continually improve the company's QMS
Lead internal and external quality audits
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, customer and regulatory requirements
Manage non-conformances, CAPA and root cause investigations




Drive continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing processes
Monitor quality performance, trends and improvement opportunities
Manage customer and supplier quality issues
Identify quality risks and implement appropriate controls
Provide quality reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
About YouThis role requires someone with strong quality management experience combined with practical switchboard industry knowledge.To be considered, you will ideally have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management
Robust switchboard experience, gained through manufacturing, building or pre-commissioning
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO ****
Experience leading internal and external audits
Strong understanding of non-conformances, CAPA and root cause analysis
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Relevant Engineering, Quality, Operations, trade or related qualification
Experience within sheet metal or structural manufacturing will be highly regarded, along with Lead Auditor or Lean Six Sigma qualifications.
