Originally established as Reflex Glass, the business expanded to include J&T; Joinery, bringing together extensive experience across both residential and commercial projects.
Based from our workshop and showroom in Wangaratta, we work with builders, designers, businesses and individual customers to deliver practical, high-quality and customised solutions.
We are now looking for an experienced Qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team.
About the role
This is a hands-on role working across a variety of custom joinery projects.
You will be involved in the manufacture and installation of quality cabinetry and joinery for residential and commercial customers.
Your work may include:
Custom kitchen cabinetry and benchtopsVanities and bathroom cabinetryWardrobes and storage solutionsDoors, drawers and shelvingCustom cabinetry and specialised joinery projectsCommercial and residential fit-outsWorkshop manufacture and preparationInstallation and finishing workWorking from plans, measurements and specificationsWorking collaboratively with the broader glass, aluminium and joinery team
With the variety of projects undertaken by Reflex Glass & J&T; Joinery, no two jobs are necessarily the same.
The role will suit someone who enjoys quality craftsmanship, varied work and seeing a project through from workshop to finished product.
About you




You will be a qualified Cabinet Maker with demonstrated experience in cabinet making and joinery.

Has solid industry experience and a strong understanding of cabinet makingCan confidently read plans, drawings and specificationsTakes pride in accuracy, quality and attention to detailHas experience with workshop machinery and cabinet-making toolsCan work independently and as part of a teamHas a practical, solutions-focused approachTakes pride in their workmanship and presentationHas a strong commitment to workplace health and safetyIs reliable, hardworking and takes ownership of their workExperience across installation, kitchens, wardrobes, commercial fit-outs or custom cabinetry will be highly regarded.
