Elderly Care is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our vibrant aged care facility in Point Vernon, Queensland.
As a part-time Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for our residents through the design and delivery of engaging lifestyle programs.What you'll be doingDevelop, implement and evaluate a diverse range of lifestyle activities and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residentsCollaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure lifestyle programs align with individual resident care plansFacilitate group activities and one-on-one interactions that promote social engagement, physical activity, cognitive stimulation and emotional wellbeingCoordinate and support volunteers to assist with the delivery of lifestyle programsMaintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on resident participation and program outcomesContribute to the continuous improvement of the lifestyle program through feedback, research and innovationWhat we're looking forDemonstrated experience in the design and delivery of lifestyle programs in an aged care or community settingStrong understanding of the physical, cognitive,
