As Program Coordinator, part of your role includes contributing to the development of the school plan through participative decision making, including assisting in developing policy and establishing and maintaining systems.The desired applicant will ideally have the capacity to deliver the following:Contribute to whole school student achievement dataAddress learning gaps with targeted intervention strategiesUse of instructional strategies/approaches and support staffLead and implement a whole school literacy focusCoach staff membersClassroom observationsBuild staff capability to implement the Department of Education WA Quality Teaching Strategy and Teaching for Impact.Communicate effectively with families and stakeholdersThe successful applicant will ideally bring highly effective communication and interpersonal skills,
