A relevant qualification in social work, psychology, community services or a related discipline, or equivalent substantial experience.Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary services or programs in a complex human services, justice or custodial environment, including staff supervision and performance management.Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-informed, trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice to service design, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to translate strategic and contractual priorities into operational plans, allocate resources and deliver measurable outcomes.Experience managing partner contracts and subcontracted services, including monitoring deliverables, service performance, outcomes, budgets, risks and compliance, and taking timely corrective or escalation action.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary responses to complex needs and work effectively with custodial, clinical, community and government stakeholders.Sound knowledge of family systems,
