Barista All RounderCoffee Guru Brookwater is seeking a Barista All Rounder to join our vibrant team in Brookwater.
This is a casual position with weekdays availability is must and occasionally weekend offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality workplace.
As a Barista All Rounder, you will be the backbone of our café operations, delivering exceptional coffee experiences and outstanding customer service to our valued guests.
This role is integral to maintaining the high standards Coffee Guru Brookwater is known for, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly crafted beverage.What you'll be doingPreparing and serving high-quality espresso-based drinks, and other hot and cold beverages to exacting standardsOperating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanlinessTaking customer orders efficiently and accurately, both in-person and via payment terminalsProviding knowledgeable recommendations on coffee selections, brewing methods, and food offerings to enhance the customer experienceMaintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment, including regular cleaning of the bar area, equipment, and customer spacesWorking the till, processing payments, and handling cash transactions with accuracyRestocking supplies, managing inventory, and alerting management to stock levels requiring replenishmentCollaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsEngaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner and resolving any queries or concerns promptlyWhat we're looking forExperience as a barista or in a similar café or hospitality role, with demonstrated proficiency in coffee preparationStrong knowledge of espresso, milk-based drinks,
