The RoleAs a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The key focus of the role will be to: To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
n
Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
n
Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
n

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will haveCertificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or
equivalent)Experience




in Aged Care highly regardedValid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)About this location: Meadow Springs is in the vibrant coastal city of Mandurah, approx. 4km from the town centre. Home to 87 Residents.
