Belize Mills Limited is seeking a Trainee Assistant Miller to support the Operations Department in the day-to-day Wheat Milling Plant operations. You will assist the Shift Miller, monitor flour and bin inventory, and help with quality sampling for QA testing.

This role requires basic math and computer literacy, robust communication, and teamwork. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and be on call is expected to maintain production flow and safety standards.
