Join Accenture's Operating Model and Organisation Design team and help leading organisations rethink how work gets done.
n
You'll partner with senior executives to design future-ready operating models, organisation structures and workforce strategies that improve performance and enable transformation.
We're looking for experience across areas such as: n

Operating model design
n
Organisation design
n
Shared services
n
Global Business Services and Global Capability Centres
n
Workforce strategy and organisational analytics
n
Outsourcing and location strategy
n
What You'll Do n
n
Lead operating model and organisation design projects from diagnosis through to implementation planning.
n
Translate business strategy into practical changes across structure, governance, people, process, technology and data.
n
Design organisation structures, role accountabilities, decision rights and workforce models.
n
Analyse spans, layers and workforce data to identify opportunities and shape future-state scenarios.
n
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
n




Manage project delivery, client relationships and junior team members.
n
Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and practice growth.
n
What You'll Bring n
n
Robust consulting or in-house experience delivering operating model or organisation design projects.
n
The ability to independently lead workstreams and manage senior stakeholders.
n
Experience turning complex business challenges into clear, practical recommendations.
n
Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
n
Experience with workforce analytics or modelling tools such as OrgVue, Anaplan or Excel.
n
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
n
n
Experience in shared services, Global Business Services, Global Capability Centres, outsourcing, right-shoring or multinational environments will be highly regarded.
