We are currently recruiting for 600+ Election Officer positions to support a large-scale electoral project based in Port Melbourne.

The Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who are available to work on a temporary basis from
2nd November
through to
mid-December
at our Port Melbourne site. A range of AM and PM shifts are available, with AM shifts starting from as early as 5:00am and PM shifts commencing from 2:00pm. Please note that start times may vary depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sorting and processing election materials
Packing, setting up and restocking materials
Guiding staff and visitors
Moving materials between staging, processing and secure areas
Tracking the location of sensitive materials
Data entry using various databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications
Responding to phone and email enquiries and escalating complex issues when required
Eligibility Requirements
Be an Australian Citizen or hold full working rights in Australia
Be politically neutral, with no affiliation to political parties, nominated candidates or third-party campaigners
