About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-based position servicing, fault finding and repairing a range of lift equipment.
n
Previous lift industry experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate, with full training provided across the company's range of equipment.
n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician or technically minded tradesperson looking to develop their career within the lift industry.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Service and maintain a range of lift equipment
n
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
n
Carry out repairs and troubleshooting in the field
n
Perform preventative maintenance and servicing
n
Complete electrical fault finding and diagnostic work
n
Work with motors, controls and associated lift systems
n
Attend customer sites and provide professional service
n
Maintain high standards of quality and workplace safety
n
Work independently in the field while also supporting the wider team
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience as a Lift Technician is highly regarded
n
Electrical or Electronic Trade Qualification is highly regarded
n
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
PLC and motor control experience would be highly regarded
n
Good mechanical knowledge and practical problem-solving ability
n
Experience working with electrical and mechanical equipment
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Able to work autonomously in the field
n
Reliable, professional and well presented
n
Genuine interest in building a long-term career with the company
n
n
Candidates from an electrical or electronic trade background who are looking to enter the lift industry are encouraged to apply, with full training provided.

Benefits

Overtime available with penalty rates

1 RDO per calendar month
