About the role
n
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the afternoon shift warehouse team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day forklift operations. You will coordinate stock movements, support production requirements and ensure the safe and efficient flow of materials and finished goods across our sites.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Lead, coach and support the Afternoon Shift warehouse team
n
Allocate daily work and coordinate shift priorities
n
Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts
n
Manage loading, unloading, dispatch and stock movements
n
Ensure timely supply of raw materials to production
n
Support inventory accuracy and stock control activities
n
Promote and maintain a robust safety culture
n
Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational priorities
n




Liaise with warehouse, production and logistics teams to meet customer and production requirements
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous Team Leader, Leading Hand or supervisory experience
n
Strong forklift operating experience within a warehouse environment
n
Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
n
FMCG, manufacturing or distribution experience
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
A hands-on leadership style and commitment to safety.
n
Monday to Friday
n
1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
