Peak Downs is a BHP-operated open-pit coal mine in Queensland. We require a Superintendent Coal Mining to lead safety, production and cost outcomes on site, reporting to the Manager Production Load and Haul. You will drive continuous improvement and shape the in office culture to meet KPI targets.
The role requires proven leadership in open-cut coal mining, strong mine planning and scheduling knowledge, and a proactive commitment to safety, environmental standards and regulatory compliance.
