TGI FRIDAYS Melbourne Central is looking for a Junior Assistant Venue Manager who's ready to step up, learn fast and start building their management career.

Maybe you're already a Supervisor or Duty Manager. Maybe you're the person everyone turns to when the shift gets busy. You know hospitality, you're confident leading a shift and now you're ready for more.

Keeping service sharp and delivering awesome guest experiences

Learning how to coach, develop and get the best out of your team

Building your skills across sales, labour, costs and venue performance

Working alongside experienced managers who'll support your development

Going from running outstanding shifts to learning what it takes to run a great restaurant

WHO YOU ARE

You might be a Supervisor,
Duty Manager or experienced hospitality team member looking for your first move into management.
n
You're confident on the floor, comfortable taking the lead and know how to keep your cool when things get busy.
n
You're not expected to walk in knowing everything.
n
What matters to us is your attitude.

You're keen to learn, open to feedback, willing to get stuck in and genuinely excited about developing into a great hospitality leader.
