We are seeking passionate
Community Support Assistants
to join our community care team on a casual basis for
our Batemans Bay location
. This role supports aged care clients aged 65 years and above within their own homes, delivering services with a strong person-centred care approach.
n
You will play a meaningful role in enabling clients to remain engaged in their community while maintaining independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide personal care and daily living support
n
Assist with social support and community access
n
Prepare meals and provide light domestic assistance
n
Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation
n
Requirements n
n
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Care (essential)
n




Previous experience supporting older people in a community setting
n
Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
n
Good verbal and written communication skills
n
Availability to commit to approximately 20 hours per week
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Current Open Driver's Licence
n
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
Smart phone
n
National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
