Swann Dentistry and Waverley Road Dental is looking for a warm, organised and motivated Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.
n
This is more than a reception role. We are looking for someone who wants to own the patient journey — from the first phone call, through appointments and treatment, to follow-up and ongoing care.

Your outcome

Your goal is to make sure every patient feels welcomed, remembered, cared for and confident about their next step.
n
You will help ensure patients do not get lost in the system because a phone call was not returned, treatment was not followed up, or an appointment was not rebooked.

What you'll do
n

Create a warm, personal experience for every patient
n
Answer phones and convert enquiries into appointments
n
Coordinate appointments and manage the appointment book
n
Follow up patients with outstanding treatment
n
Help patients understand their treatment journey, appointments and payment options
n
Manage recalls and patient reactivation
n
Follow through on tasks until there is a clear outcome
n
Work closely with our dentists, OHTs and dental assistants
n
Ask for patient feedback, reviews and referrals when appropriate
n
Track follow-ups, bookings and treatment outcomes
n
Look for ways to improve our systems and patient experience
n

We're looking for someone who
n
Has excellent attention to detail and follow-through. You notice when something hasn't been completed and take ownership of the next step rather than waiting to be asked.
n
You are warm, confident and enjoy talking with people. You learn quickly, accept coaching and want to improve your communication and treatment-coordination skills.
n
Dental reception experience is highly regarded, but attitude, communication, ownership and willingness to grow are equally significant.
