Local Personalised Services is growing and we're looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team making a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants across Fraser Coast, Gin Gin, North Burnett and Bundaberg.

Your responsibilities include:
n
n
Providing person-centred support based on individual NDIS goals and support plans
n
Assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice
n
Supporting community participation through social and recreational activities
n
Building positive relationships with participants, their families and support networks
n
Implementing behaviour support strategies where required
n
Maintaining accurate documentation to ensure quality care and compliance
n
n
We're looking for someone who is:

n
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
n
Reliable, motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
n




Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others
n
n
Essential requirements:
n
n
Previous disability support experience is highly regarded
n
Knowledge of the NDIS is desirable
n
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent preferred but not essential
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Yellow Card
n
Current Working with Children Check Blue Card
n
