Bar Christina is looking for an experienced hospitality person to join our small team in a FOH Supervisor / Assistant Venue Manager role.
n
We're a neighbourhood wine bar in Kew East, serving outstanding food, an extensive wine list, signature cocktails and plenty of aperitivo — with a big courtyard and a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has solid hospitality experience
n
Has previous supervisory or management experience
n
Is confident running a busy floor and leading a shift
n
Has strong customer service skills and actually enjoys looking after people
n
Can work across floor and bar
n
Has wine and cocktail knowledge
n




Brings positive energy and a strong work ethic
n
Is reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
n
n
We're a small team, so we want someone who is happy to get involved, lead from the front and help create a great experience for our customers.
