Business Analyst (Process) responsible for mapping, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end business processes, analyzing process mining data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and driving automation initiatives. The role involves cross-functional facilitation with stakeholders and agile delivery practices.

Key responsibilities

Map, document, and optimize end-to-end "as-is" and "to-be" business processes using tools such as SAP Signavio
n
Analyze process mining data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and use these insights to drive automation
n
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs and ensure solutions align with broader enterprise process designs
n
Manage the product backlog and participate in sprint planning, testing, and deployment
n
Exposure to commonly recognized tools for Process BA, BPM, process mapping, and transformation
