The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for the management, coordination and performance of the sales and marketing functions undertaken by RT Edgar Boroondara. This role works closely with the Directors, Sales Team, Marketing Coordinator and administration staff to ensure property campaigns, client communications, advertising, business development activities and brand presentation are delivered to a consistently high professional standard.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities in real estate and property services
Manage and support sales teams, including assisting with campaign planning, listing presentations, client follow-up, vendor communication and business development activities
Oversee property marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, print advertising, social media, brochures, signage, eDMs and campaign collateral
Work with marketing staff, sales agents, directors and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, professionally and within required deadlines
Review sales and marketing performance, identify areas for improvement and provide practical recommendations to management
Ensure branding, presentation standards and quality assurance requirements are met across marketing publications and client communications
Prepare professional client communications, marketing updates,



sales reports and business development material
Manage multiple campaigns, priorities and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Monitor advertising expenditure, campaign budgets, supplier costs and marketing performance outcomes
About you
Previous experience managing or coordinating sales and marketing activities in real estate, property services or a comparable professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and support sales teams
Strong understanding of property marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, print advertising, social media, brochures, signage, eDMs and campaign collateral
Experience working with marketing staff, sales agents, directors and external suppliers
Demonstrated ability to review sales and marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
Strong understanding of branding, presentation standards and quality assurance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
Experience monitoring advertising expenditure, campaign budgets and supplier costs
A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach with a commitment to professional standards and exceptional client service
