Perth-based with project and site involvement n

Lead major contractor-side EPC projects from engineering through handover
n
Genuine accountability for cost, schedule, margin and contractual performance
n
Strong pipeline across gold, iron ore and critical minerals
n

I am supporting several established EPC contractors seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for current and upcoming minerals-processing projects.
n
The immediate requirement is for a senior delivery professional capable of taking end-to-end responsibility for a substantial EPC project where the contractor carries the contractual cost, schedule and performance risk.
The opportunity n
You will lead multidisciplinary project delivery across:
n
n
Engineering and design management.
n
Procurement, vendor management and international fabrication.
n
Logistics, construction and SMP execution.
n
Project controls, forecasting and cost-to-complete.
n
Contract administration, variations and claims.
n
Schedule management and recovery planning.
n
Client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.
n
Commissioning, handover and commercial closeout.
n
n
You will be accountable for protecting project margin, identifying delivery risk early and ensuring engineering,



procurement and construction decisions remain aligned with the overall execution strategy.
Experience required n
The strongest candidates will have:
n
n
Direct contractor-side EPC or lump-sum turnkey project delivery experience.
n
Personal accountability for major project cost, schedule and commercial performance.
n
Experience delivering mining or minerals-processing projects, ideally with EPC scopes above $150 million, however I have smaller projects from $50M+
n
A solid understanding of engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics and construction interfaces.
n
Demonstrated management of cost-to-complete, forecasting, variations, claims and schedule recovery.
n
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams through difficult delivery periods.
n
The ability to engage credibly with clients while protecting the contractor's commercial position.
n
Australian project experience and appropriate working rights.
n
n
Experience across gold, copper, lithium, rare earths, iron ore or other mineral-processing projects will be well regarded.
n
Permanent Perth-based opportunities are available, with project and site travel as required. Senior remuneration packages and project allowances will reflect the level of accountability and relevant delivery experience.
