This is your chance to empower young people, build meaningful connections, and be part of something bigger.Before You Apply - Key DetailsMinimum availability: 3 days per week, Monday–FridayWednesday availability is non-negotiableShift times: 9:30am–3:30pmLocations: St Ives Day Centre and our Allambie Heights CampusThis role will work across both locations, depending on program and client needs.About the Role: Disability Support PractitionerAt Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), our Disability Support Practitioners do more than provide support—they enhance lives.In this role, you'll empower young people with disabilities to live more independently, achieve their goals, and thrive.
You'll be a trusted mentor, supporter, and advocate—helping our clients build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.About The ClientsYou will support clients living with a range of disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Some clients may also present with complex needs and behaviours of concern.About The Lifestyles Youth ProgramWorking with clients aged 9–30,
