Hamilton Island's Reef View Hotel, Pool Terrace, seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy hotel kitchen, with a focus on dinner and late-night in-room dining.
You will work across Pans, Pass, Larder and Room Service, taking ownership of your section and ensuring consistency during service.You should hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, have Chef de Partie experience, and be capable of managing multiple service requirements with solid organisation.
