We supply landscaping materials to both trade and retail customers, and our office team plays a critical role in keeping orders flowing and deliveries running smoothly.About the RoleThis is not a typical admin role.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key part of our daily operations—taking orders, helping customers in person, and supporting the coordination of deliveries with our drivers.If you're someone who can think on your feet, stay organised under pressure, and enjoy a quick-paced environment, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and take customer orders accuratelyServe customers at the front counterProcess orders and assist with scheduling deliveriesSupport the coordination of drivers to keep delivery runs efficientAssist customers with product selection, quantities, and delivery timingHelp manage order flow and adjust schedules as neededGeneral admin tasks (data entry,



account updates, etc.)What We're Looking ForStrong communication skills and confidence on the phoneQuick thinking and ability to prioritise in a busy environmentGood with numbers (understanding quantities, weights, truck loads)Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at onceReliable, team-oriented, and positive attitudePrevious experience in landscaping, building supplies, logistics, or similar is highly regardedExperience in a fast-paced phone-based role (e.g. trades, logistics, retail, or hospitality) will be highly regarded.Work RequirementsAvailability for at least 3 days per weekMust be available for Saturday shifts (at least twice per month)Hours between 6:30am – 5:00pm (varied shifts)Why Join Us?
