We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a leading infrastructure organisation based in North Ryde.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high-volume portfolio while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of rolesHandle approximately 25 to 35 active vacancies concurrentlyPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirementsSource,



screen and shortlist high-quality candidatesCoordinate interviews and stakeholder communicationsManage candidate pipelines and recruitment administrationDeliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceMaintain recruitment systems and reporting requirements
About You
Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment ConsultantAbility to successfully manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in high-volume recruitment environmentsStrong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilitiesExperience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or rail recruitment will be highly regardedComfortable working in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
