Dream House Victoria is a boutique showroom in Richmond, specialising in premium kitchens, bathrooms, and renovation solutions. We're a small, passionate team who love helping clients create spaces they truly love.

We're looking for a Part-Time Showroom Sales Consultant to join us, with the option to progress into a full time role for the right person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has an eye for interiors.

What you'll do:
n
n
Support customers in our showroom and handle enquiries via phone and email.
n
Guide customers through our product range (vanities, mirrors, tapware, tiles, stone, flooring, kitchen fittings and more).
n
Prepare quotations, process sales, and follow up with clients.
n
Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
n
Create simple social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to showcase new arrivals, renovation projects,



and showroom inspiration.
n
Keep the showroom organised, stylish, and inviting, ensuring products are well presented at all times.

What we're looking for:
n
n
Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or administration (showroom or interiors experience is a bonus).
n
Confident using computers for emails, quotations, order processing, and general administrative tasks.
n
Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable creating and posting content.
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
n
Well-presented, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
n

Showroom Hours:
n
n
Part-time hours (3–4 days per week, including Saturdays).
