A day in the life...
n
You're a driven IT Service Desk Analyst joining our team to help us deliver reliable, secure and continuously improving IT services across Australia's leading cross-platform media organisation.
n
You'll work closely with infrastructure, development, vendors and service providers, and report directly to the Service Delivery Manager. This role is based in Melbourne.
n
More specifically, you will
n
n
Act as a primary contact for IT incidents and service requests, accurately logging, assessing, prioritising and progressing each case
n
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, access and business application issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team within agreed timeframes
n
Install, configure, maintain and upgrade workstations, operating systems, software, network equipment and related IT services
n
Support secure remote access,



wired and wireless networks, Cisco devices, endpoint protection and other cybersecurity controls
n

What will you need
n
n
Demonstrated IT service desk experience in an ITIL-aligned environment, with experience using IT service management tools
n
Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a qualified telephone manner and customer service focus
n
Sound analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and emerging trends
n
