This full-time role will run bar, bistro, functions and TAB, drive guest satisfaction, set FOH/BOH standards and lead a team while ensuring safety and compliance. The ideal candidate has proven venue/hotel/pub management experience, solid labour/COGS control, a calm leadership presence
