Your role is responsible for leading and continually improving the service offered by our Customer Service team.
The Customer Service team is the 'front door' to the organisation and plays a critical role in ensuring that every customer has a great experience in their dealings with the Council.Lead a team and foster a culture of excellence in customer experienceIdentify and deliver on training and coaching opportunitiesIdentify and implement improvements to customer service processes and toolsIdentify opportunities to share best practices with other customer facing teamsOversee day-to-day team functioning, including rostering and task allocationOur Ideal CandidateYou will have many qualities, in particular people leadership and relationship skills,
