This unique opportunity will provide the right applicant anopportunity to work in one of the Sunshine coasts most picturesque locations.We offer above award rates and a flexible roster.Shifts normally work from 11am - 8.30pm with an hour break Friday to Tuesday with an RDO a month,four and a half day week, 5 weeks annual leave and leave loading, plus meals.We are looking for someone with a passion for creating quality food to join our amazing team.The position will commence as casual and leading to a full time salary forthe right candidate.The successful applicant will:Be Trade Qualified5 years experience in kitchen leadership roleExperience in ordering, budgeting, financial reporting, menu creationLead the team in absence of the Head ChefCooking The Books Software experience would be advantageousBe motivated andwilling to work in a team environmentBe driven by quality and customer satisfactionFlexible working conditions for the right candidateHave ability to work in a fast paced environment
